Our mission is to provide the ultimate service experience which starts from the very first time you speak with any of our friendly and helpful team members. If a visit to your home or business is required, our expertly trained NATE certified technicians will diagnose your problem quickly and accurately. We follow strict guidelines during repairs to protect the work area. These include the use of drop cloths and booties that are worn by our service personnel for all indoor labor. And we will also remove the old unit after completing a system replacement.
As an American Standard® Heating & Air Conditioning dealer and Duke Power Smart $aver® Rebate Program partner, you can also count on us to handle all of the equipment registration and rebate qualification procedures on your behalf.
Jerry’s Mechanical Heating & Air is also investing in our industry’s future through our mentoring initiative with South Piedmont Community College. We supply used air conditioning equipment that future stars can practice on, and also sponsor an Internship/Apprentice program.
